About The Position

Kerten Hospitality (KH) is seeking a Cluster Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all hotel departments across its properties in Egypt. This role is crucial in identifying training needs, designing induction programs, coordinating professional development, and fostering a learning culture to ensure operational goals and service excellence are met. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospitality training, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for staff development.

Requirements

Proven experience in a training, HR, or learning & development role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and staff development practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse teams.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all hotel departments.
Identify training needs, skills gaps, and development opportunities across teams.
Design induction programs for new employees, ensuring alignment with hotel standards and culture.
Coordinate ongoing professional development and refresher courses for staff at all levels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training supports operational goals and service excellence.
Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Promote a learning culture and motivate staff to continually improve skills and performance.
Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance training content.
