We are seeking a passionate and experienced Club Operations Manager to help lead our daily operations and ensure every member and guest enjoys an extraordinary club experience. As Club Operations Manager, you'll work alongside club leadership to oversee daily operations, inspire team members, and continually elevate the member experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a private club, luxury resort, country club, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and expense control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Burnt Pine Golf Club, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across all departments.
  • Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to execute the club's strategic initiatives and operational goals.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
  • Ensure outstanding member satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and responding promptly to member feedback and requests.
  • Coordinate daily operations between Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Services, Events, Facilities, and other club departments.
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial performance.
  • Support club events, tournaments, member activities, and special functions to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and facility appearance throughout the clubhouse.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance the overall member experience.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
