About The Position

Burnt Pine Golf Club is seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-driven Member Experience Manager to lead the way in creating unforgettable experiences for its members. This role is responsible for bringing people together through exceptional service, creative programming, and memorable experiences, fostering a strong sense of community within the club.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury resorts, event planning, member services, or guest relations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique member experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and event registration or CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual calendar of social events, golf tournaments, holiday celebrations, wine dinners, family activities, wellness programs, and member-exclusive experiences.
  • Create innovative programming that increases member participation and strengthens the Burnt Pine community.
  • Build genuine relationships with members by learning their preferences, celebrating milestones, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
  • Welcome and onboard new members, helping them quickly become part of the club community.
  • Collaborate with Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Fitness, and Club leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including registrations, vendor relationships, entertainment, décor, timelines, and post-event evaluations.
  • Develop engaging member communications including newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and club announcements.
  • Monitor member feedback and satisfaction while proactively resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to elevate the member experience.
  • Analyze participation trends and recommend new programs that drive engagement and member retention.
  • Assist with membership growth initiatives by showcasing the exceptional Burnt Pine lifestyle to prospective members.
  • Maintain event budgets, calendars, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador throughout the club, creating meaningful connections with members every day.
