About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class service to guests while explaining the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role acts as a product expert and handles account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, CLUB sales, supporting the customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. It also provides service to other store areas as business needs require.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and provide customers with a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and invite them to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay informed about advertised sales.
• Help meet personal and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and submit reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Serve other areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
