About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and performs account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance. The position is seasonal and part time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer opportunities to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay informed about advertised sales.
• Help meet personal and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service in all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
