About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and a pleasant, productive shopping experience. The role presents customers with the benefits of becoming a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member and gives current members a unique, exclusive experience. It covers acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, account servicing, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance.

This is a part-time seasonal position. The associate may provide service throughout the store based on business needs and performs assigned work under general supervision using established procedures and innovation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service in all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
