About The Position

Empath Health is seeking a Cloud Solutions Administrator to design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role also supports continuous process improvement by automating tasks, streamlining processes, and implementing automation tools and frameworks to support organizational growth and modernization. The position is hybrid and requires the employee to be within driving distance of one of Empath Health’s service areas: West Palm Beach, Sarasota, or Tampa/St. Petersburg. Empath Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organization providing Full Life Care through a connected network of services across Florida. Its mission centers on caring for the whole person with empathy and dignity.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
Strong technical expertise in Azure and cloud infrastructure technologies.
Prior experience and a solid understanding of Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, Purview, compliance, IaaM, conditional access, RBAC, and related technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Implement and manage device management policies using Intune.
Implement and manage data governance policies using Microsoft Purview.
Support and test production devices, including providing after-hours support and monitoring server usage and security status.
Help implement hardware upgrades, patches, server upgrades, and new secure configurations.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by automating tasks, streamlining processes, and implementing automation tools and frameworks.
