About The Position

Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives customer consumption by accelerating adoption of Oracle Cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment. The role involves complex, non-routine work requiring advanced technical and business skills, and may include interaction with C-level stakeholders. The engineer maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels to design and implement solutions.
• Gather customer requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
• Implement solutions as needed and support successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Create highly customized product and application demonstrations for customers, conferences, and events.
• Support customers from proof of concept through production deployment through resource configuration, planning, and customer education and training.
• Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Contribute technical cloud solution expertise and support customer success for customers and sales teams.
• Identify gaps and enhancements and influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
• Provide direction and mentoring to others as a leading contributor.
• Stay current on emerging technologies.
