About The Position

The Cloud Engineer, Specialist designs, develops, and supports cloud-based integration and data transmission solutions using AWS services and modern engineering practices. The engineer works with application, security, network, and business teams to define and implement integration architectures. They ensure solutions meet security, risk, compliance, monitoring, authentication, and encryption requirements; contribute to architectural reviews, technical standards, documentation, runbooks, and engineering practices; and provide technical guidance through design and code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing. The position includes production support and participation in an on-call rotation, including off-hours coverage, to maintain critical services. It follows a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in either Malvern, Pennsylvania, or Charlotte, North Carolina. The role may also participate in special projects and other assigned duties. Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
