Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our technology team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will leverage expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure Cloud services, and DevOps practices. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while driving engineering excellence through automation and modern, AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET Core
- 3+ years of experience building and consuming RESTful Web APIs
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server database development, optimization, and performance tuning
- 1+ Year hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid, or Azure SQL Database)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cloud-native application development and CI/CD automation pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Entity Framework (Code First / Database First) and microservices-based application design
- Demonstrated experience utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools and techniques to accelerate code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and clean coding principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Exposure to application monitoring, observability (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights), and performance optimization
- Experience with secure application development and DevSecOps practices
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
- Develop, deploy, and manage Azure cloud-based applications and services
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and modern web-based user interfaces
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps best practices
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues
