We are seeking a Cloud and Security Team Lead to support our IT team by being responsible for the daily leadership and operational management of the organization's IT infrastructure in a 24x7x365 environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience in IT operations and leadership will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth, including leadership development and staying current with evolving infrastructure and cloud practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal leadership or management training (e.g., people leadership, coaching, or organizational management) is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in service management or governance (such as ITIL Foundation) are considered valuable assets.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial but secondary to demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily activities of NACG’s cloud and infrastructure team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure effective teamwork, technical proficiency, and professional growth.
  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day operational tasks—including monitoring, maintenance, incident response, and service requests—for NACG’s core environment and shared infrastructure services used by subsidiaries. Ensure stability and availability across these environments.
  • Oversee proactive maintenance and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and minimal downtime for both NACG and subsidiary-supported infrastructure services.
  • Lead incident response efforts for infrastructure services impacting NACG or its subsidiaries. Coordinate communications and ensure thorough root cause analysis and follow-up improvements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive enhancements to procedures, documentation, and automation to improve reliability and efficiency across all supported environments.
  • Work closely with application teams, service owners, and subsidiary IT contacts to ensure that shared infrastructure services are aligned, secure, and operating effectively.
  • Ensure operational activities follow established security, compliance, and governance frameworks (including SOX and NIST-aligned controls). Support audit and reporting requirements across NACG and subsidiary-impacting infrastructure services.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and clarity for internal teams and subsidiary stakeholders who rely on NACG-provided services.
  • Provide leadership for on-call rotations, ensuring effective coverage and timely response to infrastructure issues affecting NACG or its subsidiaries. Maintain an onsite presence with flexibility for after-hours support as needed.
