About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Clothing Associate at its Trent Location in Spokane, Washington. The role supports the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. Previous clothing and merchandising experience are ideal. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during the store's business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs. Compensation is up to $17.50 per hour.

• Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
• Availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, and flexibility based on business needs.
