Clothing, Drugs, & Cosmetics Clerk
About The Position
Bi-Mart is seeking an organized and friendly Clothing Clerk to join its Store Team. The role builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service while helping create a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Duties may include serving customers promptly and courteously, replenishing inventory, stocking merchandise, cashiering, maintaining merchandise, ensuring the department is well stocked, and handling customer transactions accurately. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment. Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements
- Communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Be precise, set priorities, and organize workload.
- Solve problems efficiently and offer solutions to customers.
- Engage with and assist a variety of individuals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, stocker, or in another retail position.
- Experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, or Albertsons.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly service to customers.
- Help maintain a well-stocked clothing department through inventory replenishment and stocking.
