About The Position

The Clothing Clerk is an entry-level team member who supports store operations and customer service through stocking and merchandising tasks. The role helps ensure shelves are ready for customers by moving products from pallets or carts to designated shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area. The clerk works with leadership to complete assigned areas on time, interacts with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, and supports additional tasks as required. The posting describes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
