About The Position

Bi-Mart is seeking an organized and friendly Clothing Clerk to join its Store Team. The role builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service and helps create a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Daily work may include assisting customers promptly and courteously, replenishing inventory, stocking and maintaining merchandise, cashiering, and handling customer transactions accurately. Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Arrive on time with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Be precise, set priorities, and organize workload.
• Solve problems efficiently and offer solutions to customers.
• Engage with and assist a variety of individuals.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, stocker, or in another retail position.
• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, or Albertsons.

Responsibilities
