About The Position

As a Front-End Team Member, this role focuses on creating a smooth, positive checkout experience by accurately completing customer purchases and providing friendly, efficient assistance. The position also helps keep the front end organized, clean, and operating consistently. Work may include handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old, or at least 18 depending on local or state requirements.
• Complete company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and provide friendly checkout assistance.
• Scan and bag groceries and help answer customer questions.
• Collect carts, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Assist with pricing, transaction, and customer-service questions.
• Follow company policies, register procedures, and checkout processes.
