Part Time Closing Associate 6pm-11pm
About The Position
The Closing Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role adheres to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Availability is required Sunday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position is located at Marshalls Store 0523 in Concord, North Carolina, and starts at $13.00 to $13.50 per hour; actual pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow the merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
