About The Position

We’re looking for a world-class Closer to join our sales team and help prospects make confident buying decisions. This role is for individuals who are hungry, organized, and ready to operate at an elite level in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven sales experience, ideally in closing roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and meticulous record keeping.
  • Elite follow-up skills — persistent, organized, proactive.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Slack.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (inbound heavy).
  • Follow up consistently with non-enrollments and warm leads.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and strong pipeline management.
  • Engage with leads through calls, texts, and follow-ups until resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team via Slack and internal tools.
  • Communicate with excellence and deliver a world-class client experience.
