About The Position

The ideal candidate is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first and last impression for guests. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, offering hotel information, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality training preferred
  • Prior experience in guest services or bellman role is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local area is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Following all FORBES standards
  • Wearing proper uniform and nametag, and having a Daily Compass
  • Attending pre-shift meetings
  • Being posted up
  • Maintaining a clean and clutter-free desk
  • Logging and delivering packages
  • Tagging and delivering luggage
  • Logging, delivering, and invoicing group deliveries
  • Updating ShiftNote with pertinent information
  • Ensuring bell carts are clean and ready for use
  • Maintaining a clean and organized holding room
  • Ensuring all radios are charged and ready for the next shift
  • Keeping the lobby clean and free of dirty glasses or trash
