About The Position
The CLN Registration Rep ensures patients are scheduled in a timely manner, charges are entered accurately and promptly, and time-of-service collections are collected.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working with standard office equipment and multiple phone lines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
- Ability to perform routine mathematical computations.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- One year of billing and coding experience in a medical office is preferred.
- Two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patients in a timely manner.
- Enter charges accurately and promptly.
- Collect time-of-service payments.
