About The Position

Acts as a collaborative member of the clinical team to provide continuity and quality patient care. Initiates patient care assessments, gathers vital signs, prepares patients and exam rooms for procedures, and collects specimens. Provides patient education and support to assist physicians, patients, and families. Returns patient phone calls and uses radiographic techniques to obtain diagnostic images.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program.
• Obtain ARRT licensure within one year of hire.
• Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and frequently and quickly prioritize and change tasks.
