Clinician, Outpatient Services (bilingual preferred) CBHC
About The Position
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Clinician for outpatient services in its CBHC program. Clinicians use creative problem-solving and evidence-based treatment to provide current care, working with care managers and a multidisciplinary team to offer person-centered, low-threshold access. The role serves youth, adolescents, and adults across a variety of care settings. The ideal candidate works well in teams and is organized, empathetic, and motivated to help clients meet their goals and improve their lives. The position is listed as full-time, 40 hours per week, with various schedule options available, including part-time and weekends. Bilingual English and Spanish or Portuguese candidates are preferred. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available for independently licensed clinicians, prorated for part-time work.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and brief assessments.
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and meet related service-delivery requirements for youth, adolescents, and adults in a variety of care settings.
- Assess clients and determine appropriate next steps in support of their behavioral health needs.
- Document all clinical encounters concisely, promptly, and in a clinically sound manner.
- Coordinate with clients’ existing care teams to support a team-based approach to their behavioral health and medical needs.
- Develop and implement crisis plans, comprehensive treatment plans, and care coordination with clients, their providers, and other community supports.
- Continually review and update treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on crisis stabilization.
- Understand the levels of behavioral health care and how to access them appropriately.
- Meet monthly productivity expectations.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
