Clinician - Maricopa Re-Entry Center
About The Position
SAGE Counseling’s Clinician provides therapy services at Arizona Department of Corrections facilities, including on-site substance abuse counseling at the Maricopa Re-Entry Center in North Phoenix. The facility serves individuals transitioning back into the community. The role includes facilitating substance abuse groups with inmates and is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation depends on education, experience, and, for master’s-level clinicians, licensure level. Bachelor’s-level clinicians may earn up to $55,000; master’s-level clinicians may earn up to $71,000. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in criminal justice treatment services required.
- At least one year of clinical services experience, including group facilitation, required.
- Must be able to obtain badging for a jail or prison setting, including passing a background check and drug test, consenting to a search, completing a TB test, and obtaining a fingerprint clearance card.
