About The Position

The Clinician Licensing and Credentialing Support Specialist supports clinician licensing, pre-credentialing, and credentialing coordination across regions. The role serves as a subject matter expert on state-specific licensing requirements for physicians and advanced practice providers, explains regulations and application requirements, and monitors licensing timelines. The role also supports standardized forms, terminology, and tracking tools; recommends workflow improvements; and provides clear guidance to clinicians and internal stakeholders on timelines, documentation, onboarding expectations, and next steps. This is a fully remote, full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. The role requires a private, secure, distraction-free work environment, high-speed internet, and appropriate technology.
