About The Position
The Providence Center Clinical Therapist provides outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems, and addictions. The role provides treatment and supportive services in a community setting and is fee for service.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- Have or be in the process of obtaining an independent license (LICSW and/or LMHC).
- Insured automobile and valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of assigned consumers.
- Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
- Develop and implement plans of care with ongoing consumer input.
- Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
- Maintain records in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
