Clinical Therapist BHOP Fee for Service
About The Position
The Fee for Service Clinical Therapist provides outpatient psychotherapy to adult clients at The Providence Center. Appointments are offered virtually and in person, and work hours are flexible, including daytime and evening hours. The Providence Center provides treatment and supportive services in a community setting to adults, adolescents, and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems, and addictions. The therapist conducts assessments and provides mental health and/or substance abuse treatment, including crisis assessment. The role includes developing and implementing care plans with ongoing input from consumers and maintaining records in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- LICSW preferred.
- LMHC preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of assigned consumers.
- Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
- Develop and implement plans of care with ongoing consumer input.
- Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
- Maintain records in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
