About The Position

The Providence Center Clinical Therapist Behavioral Health Outpatient (BHOP) Fee For Service provides outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center or in the community. The role serves adults, adolescents, and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems, and addictions through treatment and supportive services in a community setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Have or be in the process of obtaining an independent license (LICSW and/or LMHC).
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of assigned consumers.
• Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
• Develop and implement plans of care with ongoing consumer input.
• Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
• Maintain records in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
