About The Position

Elara Caring’s Clinical Team Manager is an operationally focused, results-driven leader who guides a team of compassionate healthcare providers. The role contributes to improving clinical outcomes and implementing QAPI programs while helping shape the future of home healthcare. The manager supports the organization’s mission to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place, and helps team members reach their full potential. The role reports to the Director Nursing or Clinical Administrator. This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities; a full job description will be provided.

Requirements

• Three years of active experience as a registered nurse.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience in the home care industry preferred.
