About The Position

Enable Dental is hiring a Clinical Team Manager to lead operations for a mobile dental team serving patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. The team consists of a dentist or hygienist and a dental assistant. The manager is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, scheduling, compliance, stakeholder interactions, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. The role includes traveling daily with the team, supporting clinical work chairside as needed and as state regulations allow, and helping the team meet production and productivity goals. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Pittsburgh.

Requirements

At least 5 years of dental experience.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills, including comfort interacting with patients, powers of attorney, and facility managers.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and passion for innovation.
Ability to lift and transport dental equipment and supplies.
Valid driver's license, ability to drive a company van, and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Active state-level dental assistant certification.
Clinical chairside assisting experience.
Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare.
Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee the mobile dental team and ensure efficient operations, compliance, and a high-quality patient experience.
