Responsibilities

• Lead and assist janitorial teams as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise.
• Track labor hours and assist with operational goals.
• Place weekly supply orders.
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedural updates.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
