About The Position
The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. The role establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu consistent with the Agency’s values and clinical treatment philosophy. The position meets administrative, legal, and program requirements mandated by operating contracts, including DCPP and COA. It oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident’s treatment program and provides individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan, in coordination with other treatment team members.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Required license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC.
