Clinical Team Leader I
About The Position
The Clinical Team Leader I designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. The role establishes and maintains a strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu consistent with the agency’s values and clinical treatment philosophy. It ensures compliance with administrative, legal, and program requirements under operating contracts, including DCPP and COA. The position oversees and coordinates all aspects of residents’ treatment programs and provides individual, family, and group therapy according to treatment plans, in coordination with other treatment team members. This is a 40-hour-per-week, full-time benefited position.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Required license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC.
Responsibilities
- Design and supervise a safe environment and positive residential treatment program.
- Establish and maintain a strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu consistent with the agency’s values and clinical treatment philosophy.
- Meet administrative, legal, and program requirements mandated by operating contracts, including DCPP and COA.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of residents’ treatment programs.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with treatment plans and in coordination with other treatment team members.
