About The Position

The LEEAP Center is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and collaborative Clinical Support Specialist (BCBA Student Analyst) to join their growing ABA department. This role is designed as a meaningful growth pathway for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to advance within the company and expand their impact beyond direct therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, a proven track record of supporting children and families, and the ability to stay calm during challenging moments. This professional will serve as a vital bridge between clients, families, therapists, and the clinical team, supporting clinical operations, crisis management, and the implementation of behavior intervention plans. This is an opportunity for an RBT who wants to step into a higher level of responsibility within clinical operations, experience a true interdisciplinary environment, support clinical excellence without being required to be on the BCBA track, work in a clinic-based model with strong support, and be in a workplace where quality care and employee experience both matter.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and family-partnership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, professionalism, and commitment to client outcomes
  • Proficiency in Google Suite to create materials for BCBAs and the clinical team
  • Ability to pass a LEEAP Center competency assessment based on the RBT curriculum

Nice To Haves

  • Current enrollment in a BCBA program
  • Experience in crisis prevention and behavior management
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients, families, therapists, BCBAs, and the broader clinical team to support effective treatment and holistic client care
  • Provide calm, professional crisis support and implement crisis prevention strategies to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Support clinical staff by preparing client materials, assisting with assessments, and managing documentation-related tasks
  • Perform skills assessments for the ongoing service and professional development of direct therapists
  • Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the guidance of clinical leadership
  • Assist with interpreting and communication for Spanish-speaking families (if bilingual)
