The LEEAP Center is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and collaborative Clinical Support Specialist (BCBA Student Analyst) to join their growing ABA department. This role is designed as a meaningful growth pathway for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to advance within the company and expand their impact beyond direct therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, a proven track record of supporting children and families, and the ability to stay calm during challenging moments. This professional will serve as a vital bridge between clients, families, therapists, and the clinical team, supporting clinical operations, crisis management, and the implementation of behavior intervention plans. This is an opportunity for an RBT who wants to step into a higher level of responsibility within clinical operations, experience a true interdisciplinary environment, support clinical excellence without being required to be on the BCBA track, work in a clinic-based model with strong support, and be in a workplace where quality care and employee experience both matter.
