About The Position
The Clinical Support Representative is a Medical Assistant who provides real-time telephonic support to patients by responding to medical questions, delivering standardized clinical guidance, and facilitating appropriate care navigation. The role uses established protocols and clinical workflows to address patient concerns and ensure safe, efficient care under the direction of an RN, APP, or Physician.
Requirements
- Certificate in Medical Assisting.
- Three years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patients’ medical questions by phone.
- Deliver standardized clinical guidance using established protocols and workflows.
- Facilitate appropriate care navigation.
- Address patient concerns and support safe, efficient care under the direction of an RN, APP, or Physician.
