About The Position

TSGBH In Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Supervisor. The role helps lead the in-home care team, support caregivers, and ensure clients receive safe, consistent, person-centered care. It includes office coordination and travel to clients’ homes, serving Mecklenburg and surrounding North Carolina counties. The position is part-time and pays $50 per hour. Work schedule and availability expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in North Carolina.
• Relevant nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and staff coaching skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.

Nice To Haves

• Home care or home health experience.
• Clinical supervision or nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care delivery and provide guidance to caregivers.
• Complete and review client assessments, reassessments, and individualized care plans.
• Conduct supervisory visits and follow up on changes in client needs.
• Support staff orientation, training, and competency evaluations.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.
• Address clinical concerns and support quality improvement.
• Coordinate with office leadership, clients, families, and other care team members.
