About The Position

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its ABA division. The position supervises Master’s- and bachelor’s-level staff providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Springfield Clinic and home settings. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality clinical care, effective case coordination, and adherence to best practices that support children and families in achieving behavioral and emotional growth. The role includes a small clinical caseload to model best practices and support program excellence.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a mental health field.
At least two years of experience in behavioral analysis.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensure.
Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessments, intervention design, and progress evaluation.
Experience collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams in home and community settings.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to IHBS staff.
Support development and management of the ABA internship program.
Monitor staff productivity, paperwork compliance, and quality of service delivery.
Facilitate team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Provide orientation, training, and professional development for new staff.
Maintain a small clinical caseload to model best practices and ensure program excellence.
Partner with the Program Director to improve processes and outcomes for families.
Support the creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
