About The Position

Seeking a Clinical Supervisor – RN /LPN to serve as a leader of the primary care healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. In partnership with the Director of Operations, ensures implementation and success of RDC primary care goals, organizes and directs the clinical environment, and coordinates teams to ensure effective care is given to provide quality patient care in physician practices. Supervises 20 or more FTEs. Collaborates with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, delegate and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health. Utilizes the best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey. Accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Three years of nursing experience required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent human relation skills
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills
  • Possess leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Operate personal computer

Responsibilities

  • Oversee both administrative and clinical functions to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise staff, manage budgets, handle patient services, and contribute to audits, training, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Provide continuous feedback and evaluations to staff, ensuring optimal team performance and high levels of employee and patient satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between upper management and clinical staff, ensuring efficient clinic operations and top-tier patient care.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee daily operations, and manage facility budgets.
  • Address patient concerns, collaborate with medical staff, and implement strategies to improve patient care.
  • Conduct audits, drive quality improvement initiatives, and ensure clinical practices meet required standards.
  • Facilitate communication between management and clinical teams, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow.
  • Provide first-line support for eClinicalWorks (eCW) users. Deliver ongoing training, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. Manage templates, order sets, and ensure interface reconciliation.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ongoing EMR training. Maintain training materials and reference guides for staff and providers.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve clinical workflows. Customize EMR tools to enhance documentation and overall efficiency.
  • Oversee ordering and inventory tracking for medical supplies and medications. Liaise with vendors for pricing, delivery, and stock level management.
  • Support OSHA and HIPAA compliance programs. Conduct audits and coordinate safety training. Monitor documentation quality and ensure coding accuracy.
  • Coordinate staff health requirements, including vaccinations. Support data tracking for quality improvement and care initiatives. Assist with medication adherence programs.
  • Assist in launching new practice sites and provide operational and EMR setup support. Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve clinic performance.
