About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist for an outpatient role in Lakewood, Washington. This is a blended position combining clinical supervision and therapy, serving adults and/or children and adolescents through individual and/or couples therapy. The role is for a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor who is licensed as an LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW/LICSW.

The position offers a choice of part-time or full-time employment, a flexible schedule, and a hybrid schedule between the office and home; full in-office work is also mentioned. Offices are located throughout the area to make commuting easier. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. Compensation is productivity-based, with an advertised range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities
