About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead a team that cares for clients in their local area. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and support to a team dedicated to caring for the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly and ensuring they receive coordinated care to remain healthy and safe at home. The company emphasizes excellent caregivers and innovative technology to support clients in living full lives within their communities. The company is also looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support in a fast-paced healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Assures the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
- Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
