About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support, allowing for work from home or on the go. Technicians receive hands-on training in real-life sessions and are paid their full rate during training.

Requirements

• Must have a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
• Good standing with the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Completed BACB Supervisor Training.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Ability to write a killer report.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must submit a transcript showing a Master's degree.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support.
• Make a difference in the lives of children.
• Supervise technicians in home-based sessions.
• Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
• Manage a caseload of 110 Billable Standard.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
• Write reports and manage a team.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
