About The Position

MaineHealth Neurology – Biddeford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise assigned staff within designated work areas. This role supports day-to-day clinical operations, staff mentoring, team collaboration, nursing practice, and meaningful process improvements as the practice and nursing team grow. The supervisor will work alongside an experienced Clinical Manager and contribute ideas to improve workflows and the patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure to practice in Maine.
• Current BLS Certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of the start date.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Experience in the area of specialty may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Supervisory experience.

• Supervise assigned staff within the assigned work areas.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations.
