Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues in adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. The Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services (FHARPS) Team utilizes the Permanent Supportive Housing and Housing First model to assist individuals who meet the definition of Trueblood Class Members, offering housing assistance, case management, and support services. The Forensic PATH (FPATH) team assists individuals involved with the forensic mental health system in accessing community resources within Region 1 of Washington State. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of their assigned program, including staff supervision, training, and consultation. The role focuses on promoting client engagement, overcoming barriers, maintaining stability, and ensuring access to services and housing, while also fostering community connections and utilizing diversion resources. The Supervisor manages multidisciplinary teams, provides training and resources, monitors housing support services, coaches staff in assisting clients with independent living options, and develops community partnerships. They are also responsible for overseeing policy adherence, employee performance, and contract compliance, and may provide direct clinical services.
