About The Position

Family Service of RI (FSRI) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Emergency Services to join their team. This full-time position involves leadership and active participation in supporting the behavioral health of clients by facilitating access to FSRI services. The role is responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team, implementing the MRSS program, and providing FSRI Emergency Response supports. The position emphasizes a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. The supervisor will oversee clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists in conducting mobile response assessments and follow-ups, performing crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation as needed, and managing evidence-based treatment models. The role also includes participation in on-call emergency services and conducting clinical training. Requirements

Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required
Must be independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
Minimum of 1 year prior clinical supervisory experience required
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Current driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Valid auto registration and insurance
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus
LCDP or experience in substance use is beneficial
Spanish Speaking preferred

Responsibilities

Supervising the Mobile Response team
Implementation of MRSS program and FSRI Emergency Response supports
Supervising clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement mobile response assessment and follow-up
Performing crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation
Managing evidenced based models of treatment
Participating in on-call emergency services
Conducting clinical training as necessary
