About The Position

Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families through this hybrid position. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. At Mass Pediatric ABA, we provide and maintain a personal feel for all of our employees and families. Requirements

  • Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Completed CORI and Federal background check
  • Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. All initial assessments must be completed in person.
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, with approximately 50% of supervision conducted in person.
  • Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
