The Clinical Supervisor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who serves as a key clinical leader in the clinic, directly supporting clinical operations and providing clinical oversight for all clinicians. This role involves providing clinical supervision and case guidance, maintaining a caseload, conducting assessments, developing and updating behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment plans, reviewing client treatment plans for effectiveness, and monitoring clinical documentation and data collection. The supervisor also oversees the productivity and performance of BCBAs within the clinic, collaborates on scheduling, and provides direct leadership to BCBAs and Lead BCBAs. They report operationally to the Operations Manager and clinically to the Regional Director of Quality Assurance or Senior Clinic Director. Responsibilities include reviewing treatment recommendations, leading parent discussions, conducting treatment integrity checks, ensuring compliance with HHF clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and mentoring clinical staff. Additionally, the role involves offering guidance and training to families, maintaining accurate clinical records, and responding to family inquiries.
