About The Position

The Clinical Services Director sets the tone for the clinical department and helps nurses and caregivers provide the best possible care for residents. The role oversees resident care, resident assessments, family care conferences, regulatory compliance, and the hiring, training, and supervision of clinical staff. The director must follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Previous experience supervising staff.
• Pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care.
