About The Position
The Assistant Clinical Services Director assists in establishing and maintaining appropriate resident care at Edgewood Spearfish, a 118-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community. The role assesses current and prospective residents, participates in care conferences with families, supports compliance with regulatory requirements, and helps hire, train, and supervise clinical staff. The position follows HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Three years of clinical experience.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
