About The Position
The Assistant Clinical Services Director assists in establishing and maintaining appropriate resident care at Edgewood Spearfish, a 118-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community. The role includes assessing current and prospective residents, participating in care conferences with families, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and helping hire, train, and supervise clinical staff. The position requires following HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Three years of clinical experience.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
- Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is desired.
