About The Position

MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is an entity within the Medical University of South Carolina that provides healthcare to patients within the rural health network throughout the state of South Carolina. A Clinical Scheduler performs patient scheduling functions and checks out duties in addition to a significant amount of higher-level work. Higher-level work may include a combination of TES (transaction editing system) duties, medical coding, lead responsibilities, financial coordination, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, performs patient scheduling functions and checks out duties in addition to a significant amount of higher-level work.
