Clinical Sales Manager - Ion Endoluminal
About The Position
The U.S. Endoluminal Program Manager reports to the Endoluminal Program Director and is responsible for building and developing the clinical field sales team within an assigned region. The role manages and directs launches and utilization of the ION System across the installed base, including installations, training, utilization growth, and hiring, training, and development of the ESR/ETA team. The position is remote, with employees coming onsite when requested by their leader. It is a day-shift role. The listed on-target earnings are $314,650 for Region 1 and $314,650 for Region 2, and compensation includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record in ION sales or at least 5 years of clinical sales management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the operating room/endoscopy environment.
- Proven background in selling medical capital equipment.
- Previous experience managing and directing a medical-device-industry salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Interviewing skills.
- Attend the ISI field sales management training course.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop the clinical team in the assigned region.
- Manage launches of the ION System.
- Expand ION procedure usage in existing accounts.
- Manage training and education within the installed base.
- Support KOL development across the region.
- Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products.
- Work with the training and marketing departments to implement strategies and programs as directed by senior management.
